Shipping Information

What Is The Cost of Shipping?
We offer shipping via USPS Priority Mail or Fedex. The exact cost is calculated in realtime during checkout based on the weight of the order, and your shipping address.

How Do I Track My Order?
You can log into your account, and in Order History section, find the tracking number for your order.

What Are My Shipping Options?
Most of our shipping is processed with Priority Mail, Fedex, or UPS. Available shipping options and costs are presented during check-out based on the shipping address entered. A different service with similar delivery commitment may be substituted by our warehouse.

When Will My Order Ship?
We do our best to ship the same day for ordered before 12pm CST containing in stock, non-customized items. Orders that contain out-of-stock items will be shipped when all items are available. If you wish to receive in-stock items first without waiting for out-of-stock items, please place two separate orders. Customized orders have a turnaround time of 5-10 business days, although many times orders can ship within 4-5 days.

Can You Ship Outside of USA?
Yes! Shipping options and costs are presented during check-out based on the final shipping destination.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Yes, we do! US and Canada school purchase orders are accepted WITHOUT credit approval. Business purchase orders are accepted AFTER credit approval, please download credit application here.

How do I place an order using a Purchase Order?
1. Place the order on our website
2. During checkout, select Purchase Order as payment
3. Please write your order number on the PO and email it to igearunlimited-at-gmail-dot-com, or fax it to 773-792-8881
4. The order will be shipped once we receive the written Purchase Order

30-Day Return Policy
Customized orders cannot be returned.

Non-customized items come with a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, please return it within 30 days of receipt. We will offer you a full refund (minus any shipping or handling costs). Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing form of payment: credit card, PayPal account, check, etc. You will be required to ship the products back to us prior to receiving a refund. Products that are not in the original packaging, damaged packaging, scuffed or otherwise marked are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Products that were misused or otherwise damaged by the customer or the return shipping company may not be refunded at our discretion.  

Lifetime Warranty
All products purchased directly from iGear come with Lifetime Warranty – we will repair or replace any defective product for the life of the product, for the original purchaser. The Lifetime Warranty is not transferrable, and requires the product to be returned to iGear at the customer's expense.

To file a warranty claim, please email us at igearunlimited-at-gmail-dot-com, with your order number, contact information, and a description of the problem. We will respond within 24 hours with a repair or replacement solution. iGear reserves the right to replace with a refurbished product, or substitute with a comparable model, or with a different color, or refund the original purchase price. If the warranty claim is within 30 days of purchase date, we will pay for ground shipping both ways. After 30 days, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Normal wear and tear including but not limited to scratches, scuffs, dents, and accidents are not covered by our Lifetime Warranty. "Tough" products are 100% covered, even if the damage is caused by an accident, such as dropped on the floor.

Customized products are covered with (1) free reprint at no charge. Subsequent replacements are made using generic cases.

iGear is not responsible for any damages of any customer equipment as a result of using our product.
